After hearing Katherine Center speak several times at events， I can now hear her voice reading her stories to me。 This book was fantastic！ So clever， witty， real and heartfelt。 I love Katherine’s novels because you walk away with a sense of joy， hope and gratitude。 This was a beautiful story with an inspiring and uplifting ending。 I’m so grateful for the chance to read her latest novel， just what my heart needed。 ❤️

Katherine Center continues to charm me every time。 This might even be one of my favorites of hers。 A great example of a novel with characters who are hot messes and maybe fall in love because of them instead of in spite of them。 I love watching the deepening of learning who each other are and accepting someone for themselves。

Once again 。 。 。 I cannot seem to watch one of my own books show up on Goodreads without weighing in。 I've done this with so many now， I've accepted my fate。 This is who I am。 A person who is clearly exactly her own target audience。 😂So here we go: I madly love this story， and these characters， and all their worries and goofiness and banter and struggles。 This is a story I think about to cheer myself up when I'm down or out of sorts。 Or when I am， say， trapped on a plane next to a man coughing n Once again 。 。 。 I cannot seem to watch one of my own books show up on Goodreads without weighing in。 I've done this with so many now， I've accepted my fate。 This is who I am。 A person who is clearly exactly her own target audience。 😂So here we go: I madly love this story， and these characters， and all their worries and goofiness and banter and struggles。 This is a story I think about to cheer myself up when I'm down or out of sorts。 Or when I am， say， trapped on a plane next to a man coughing nonstop for three hours while we fly in turbulence from takeoff to landing。 I just close my eyes， open a door inside my head， and step in to Charlie's house to see what he and Emma are up to。 The way you might re-watch an old favorite movie: for that deep comfort you can only get from a story that speaks to your heart。 And it lifts my spirits every time。 I always love the book I *just* wrote the best。 Maybe I'll love my next one more。 But for now， this is it: my favorite book I've done。 And I hope it does all the laugh-out-loud， swoony， uplifting， page-turning things to you that it does to me。 Five shimmering， bantery， warm-hearted， anticipation-filled， hopeful stars！⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️PS！ This story is connected to The Bodyguard！ Charlie （in The Rom-Commers） wrote the screenplay that made Jack Stapleton （in The Bodyguard） famous—and Jack has a cameo in this book！ 。。。more
